"A Curse in Time" Chaper 1“In the year 3042, the once so prosperous land, Earth had been in a state of war for as long as it can remember. This was a period of pure bloodshed between human beings, mainly militaries then later on, civilians. Properties were lost and gained, many even destroyed if no one claimed it. When the rebellion finally ended, people foolishly believed that it was over. They were wrong. Scientists concluded that regular humans could control or even render the powers of ‘God’ therefore they conducted various experiments on people so they could use them as weapons for war. The sound startled Brian. Small cracks formed all over Rosette's face trailing down to her body then her legs. "Rosette!" Brian called for her. She just smirked at him. "It's okay. "Dhampirs require a special type of blood in order to survive. We live off people who possess O negative blood. Unfortunately, fewer people have it.
